We’re exceptionally happy with the service and product provided by 360 South West. From start to finish the process was smooth and professional, even though we ended up moving the date a number of times. The finish of the Virtual Tour was fantastic and you can see there is a lot of effort put into the final edits, which include removal of the reflection of the camera in mirrors to give it a flawless tour for our customers. What’s more, there was no hassle for us having to get this up onto Google as this is included within the service and we have  since been provided with feedback on how many times our tours had been viewed. We can’t wait for the guys to come and capture the remaining centres left in our portfolio this year.

Before speaking to 360 South West I wasn’t really sure what the whole 360 thing was and how it worked. After a discussion about the features and benefits it sounded like an added bonus to help promote my business. Having the virtual tour on Google has not only helped my ranking and enabled me to be more searchable but there is nothing better than having visual aids to show potential customers what I have on offer at my shop. It is not just a tour of the inside of the shop but also the areas surrounding my premises which helps people to be able to locate me easily. As well as the 360 package itself I was really pleased with the photographs taken. They were light, crisp and clear. One very happy customer!
