Barbecue Lodges are the South West’s BBQ Hut and Luxury Grillkota specialists who install lodges across Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Cornwall and the South Wales areas. The Barbecue lodges, manufactured in the UK, design is based upon the traditional Finnish reindeer herders “Kota” and they are extremely well suited to the variable British weather. Dating back centuries, shelters and lodges were used by the reindeer herders in Scandinavia as they moved across the tundra. They are still used today as emergency shelters and also serve amazingly as commercial tourist attractions in ski resorts and across Lapland. 

We first started woidrking with Barbecue Lodges towards the end of summer 2022, when they were looking to update an existing virtual tour that had been built by a different supplier using a Matterport system. After chatting with the team at Barbecue Lodges, it was decided that a new Virtual Tour designed and built by 360 South West would be more beneficial for them, due to the way we design the user interface to follow their existing branding guidelines and allow for future additions. The tour we have created for our client shows all of the lodges on offer and users can click the hotspots to move in and out of the lodges and further hotspots can show imagery and explain the detail in each area of a particular lodge.
